Summer Position Specific Training

Are your ready to take your game to the next level? If so then you’ve come to the right spot! Get signed up for our Position Specific Training with MWCA & M.A.T.S. With programs designed to individuals to be faster, quicker, stronger, more explosive and understand nutrition that will help them be fine tuned machines! If you’re ready to get serious and work towards becoming the best athlete you can be, then now is the time to get started!

Information for Members

  • Location: MWCA
  • Address: 5666 S. 122nd E. Ave Unit A-11, Tulsa OK 74146
  • Ages: 13 – College
  • When: June 10th – August 2nd
  • Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Times: 8am, 10am & 12pm Sessions
  • What you need: Turf/Training Shoes, Water, Towel or Something to wipe your sweat, bring your own equipment (Glove, Bat, Catching Gear)
  • *NO CLEATS OR SPIKES OF ANY KIND*

6 & 8 week Training Sessions at 2 – 2.5 hours per session. Each session will include 45 minutes to an hour of individual instruction.

1 – 1.5 hours of personal training. (Speed/agility, functional training, and strength/conditioning)

6 Week:

2x/week: $800

3x/week: $1050
